We are looking for a technical advisor to join our team!


job description


- Open work orders;

- Close work orders;

- Prepare appointments for the next day and manage the fleet of courtesy vehicles

- Take calls and make appointments


-Monitoring parts on order


-Understand how to apply the manufacturer's warranty, including prepaid maintenance plans


-Make requests relating to warranty extension


-Management of several IT platforms

Job Requirements:


- Experience in the automotive field (any type of position);

- Passionate about customer service (enjoys working with the public).


We offer permanent employment with a schedule of 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), no weekends.


The company offers you work uniforms. Join a stable team within a growing company.


Salary: 65k to 90k / by year
